I don't know why so many people are being mind fucked by this and are so confused by it... As far as I'm concerned, it's a classic demonstration of a doujinshi where there is a genderbender of 1 of the characters, which in turn changes the whole story. To me, since it never really stated that they were related, they aren't since Sasuke calls Itachi, "the Great Itachi". Though, since I have seen the series, I'm a little bias of it, so... Sasuke's kind of too much of an idiot in this for my tastes. As for a lot of people's concerns... Yaoi? No. Incest? Maybe, but it's never stated. Trap? No. (I have no clue why anyone even brought that up...) Futanari? No. (I don't know why this was brought up either...) In this, Itachi is a girl; plain and simple. There you have it. Also, I'd say that this at least deserves a look, if nothing else. It's not the best, but it's not bad.
