Almost everyone* wants to be with the most attractive people but they can usually only get those with similar attractiveness levels. Is that how it is for the woman you know? Or are the guys way hotter than her and you wonder how she gets them? (hint: fetishes start limiting the choices, particularly of females)

*I say almost everyone because
1) there are people who settle for way below their attractiveness level (physically and/or psychologically) because either the personality makes up for it (go them), the wealth makes up for it (trophy wives & kept men, damnit, even that male phrase sounds so such much better...), or they have serious self-worth issues.

2) being attracted to ugly people, fat people, "name your specific group but I don't think race counts" people can get to the point of being fetishized. It's not just a "they're my type" sort of attraction for them.

It seems as if an unattractive woman is likelier to get sex than an unattractive man. But that's just sex, not a relationship so it's not as if these women are going for it most of the time. There are men & a few women in this world who will never get laid, not for lack of trying. It's one reason why I think prostitution should be legal (the others being regulation leads to healthier, safer sex, more hooker rights, & less pimp abuse/power) but that's just me.

@TsundereM: If you're talking about the ugly/old/fat guys vs the attractive/young/slim girls in the doujins here, I think that's because they're mostly drawn by and for men. Men want to screw attractive girls, whether in their fantasies or real life - it's of course true. But strangely, some men can get off on porn involving ugly guys fucking attractive girls. I was doubting that women get turned on by that - although they might get turned on by ugly women with attractive men, maybe?
