Spoiler:
Interested to see how Kobeni reacts in the next episode to Konoha's marriage claim, since I can think of a few things. Either way Hakyua's will only have eyes for his busty beauty while I act like Benio with my waifu Mashiro-tan

Now a question that may never be answered?

Spoiler:
Will he ever finish that matchstick house?

I've been enjoying it so far. their relationship is obviously growing but a certain sister is preventing(or at least trying to to prevent it) from happening. Funny how mashiro says she has excellent child bearing hips and she says she's sensative about it. Poor Hakuya. had a happy aura this week after getting a simple gift from her only to get trolled and saw his and her sister got hankerchiefs too. Kobeni be just accept you love him and want to bear his...whatever race kids they are. which is most like related to a dog given how he acts. lastly how would y'all feel if you guys had a loli-mother? would you question your father's tastes in women? would you feel like she is more your sister than your mother(especially if you end up being taller than her and she still doesn't look a day over 12) lol

That ending was alright. Had some feels to it but I miss the humor.

Overall 8/10 with perhaps the loli of the year

8/10 overall and a 10/10 for my waifu

Loved this series quite more then I thought I was going to. The ending was a bit mellow, but nothing terrible. The only thing I wish that they could have shown was one of the character's transformations, but oh well. I have to say that Mashiro-tan is the most adorable character out of all of them and I loved her at the end of the series.

I'm thankful for the final Hakuya/Kobeni moment we got to experience, but it seems to be the general consensus that it left us all wanting more. At least an "I love you" or something. Meh.
It was a solid comedy, not so solid in the romance department. Still worth a watch. 7/10 for me.

Based on what I have observed thus far, Mikakunin de Shinkoukei, is apparently quite popular among viewers. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a second season.

We hunger for more laughter and moeness.

I can understand where you're coming from, but I think the slow-burn romance the anime has is correct considering we are dealing with two introverted characters. Though there is something to be said for preparing an appropriate narrative climax for a romantic relationship at the end of an adaptation.

As much of a introvert as Hakuya is, he went out of his way to inconvenience her and her family for the opportunity that the show revolves around. Nothing establishes, why he stops pushing there. He wanted romantic development, or so the engagement suggest, so his lack of pushing, for me, after such a huge push, got to me as a huge contradiction.

The basis for his feelings alone strikes me as leaning more in the direction of imprinting than anything else. Especially when you add on how he interacts with Kobeni. Though for most, I assume they wanted to see more of Kobeni. Of her expressing more romantic feelings after having anticipated such development since the first episode announcement of an "engagement".

The introvert thing, if I pay attention to it, collapse the logic of their living arrangement, to me.

An understandable perspective to have. In all honesty, you're correct in that view. I see it as something easily forgiven though. Why? Because the engagement/living together is part of the premise. And premises are dumb, dumb, dumb. I can't name a single piece of media that has a premise that couldn't be picked apart. And well... when you pick apart a premise, the entire story just sort of collapses.

"Premises are dumb..." I disagree, but I think this is a matter of opinion, as well, that all stories can be broken down based on premise, is another point where I disagree. I can think of quite a few stories, who I thought had amazing premises. Some of which were in fact "stupid", but not due to the author, but due to the stupidity of sentient beings within the world established. The same kind of stupidity that creates conflict in the real world.

If I were to derive the conclusion, that the premise of this story is stupid, it would be fault of the author, for the author gives no reason, within the story itself, to make it any bit logical outside of his/her desire's. Since the story completely revolved around this premise, along with a lot of directionless fanservice, which I could forgive if the premise wasn't a fixated "just because", but it isn't, which sets up to a disappointing conclusion that feels, for me, more-or-less like, "I just watched a, lacking, "love story" that ended before the "love" began".

But this is coming off quite critical sounding, honestly, I have a much harsher opinion of most of the new series than I had for this series. I didn't have to put any effort into finishing this series, which is something I consider amazing, as of late.
