All the live action sequences that were in the previews are now really coming to life this summer. Yay.

I hope at least the 2012 film is not live action and is a continuation of the second season... it just ended too abruptly.

Yeah, I heard about this, and I'm interested. It's good that they are putting those costumes to use, lol.

Chances that this gets licensed?? (unless it has been and I am unaware of it)
I might consider putting money into getting the DVDs if this is picked up by some company.

Nah. I'd say Arakawa has too many Japan-centric references to be licensed. Companies tend to license the ones American viewers can easily understand, exception being Lucky Star, but that was a very, very popular show to begin with, in contrast to Arakawa.
