Digital Purchases safe for Australia?

Hi there, I am an Australian who is considering purchasing a digital copy of a Hentai comic, and am wondering if anyone knows if actually purchasing a digital copy online through Fakku will get me in trouble with the feds due to the ban on Hentai from a couple years ago? Or will I be safe? Because as much as I would love to support the artists, I really don't want to get charged or even go to jail.
