[Anime] Fate/Stay Night Remake By Ufotable

Are they seriously remaking this?

Oh they're serious about this. what the fans are hyping for is not that, but which route they will adapt? Current findings hints strongly that it will be Heaven's Feel, but take info with a "ton" of salt, because nothing is confirmed.

I'm really excited for anything Ufotable. I still get chills whenever I watch this scene because Ufotable completely outdid themselves by showing the true power behind Ea's Enuma Elish: The Star of Creation that Split the Heaven and Earth, not in the nature that DEEN did where can't even split the sidewalk.



It looks almost equally as fucked up as the Enuma Elish in Fate / Extra.

Can't really blame DEEN on this one. The enuma elish from the Fate VN didn't look as impressive either. Not saying that it didn't split the sidewalk though.

It was gilg being lazy. Even lazy, he was still a damn force to be reckoned with.

Also the fact he almost takes nothing seriously until it's too late.

Zero Gilgamesh is simply better written. I take it as Urobuchi being the superior author but hey.

OT: I am not particularly looking forward to this. If HF, definitely won't watch it seriously. Maybe some 'cool' episodes like Rin vs Sakura... but that's about it.

In fact, any route they pick up won't make much difference. Some routes have more cool moments, so I'll watch more. That's about it.

Since Fate/Zero any other Fate seems underwhelming to me.

Please be Heaven's Feel.

The first F/sn animation was utter rubbish IMHO, then came the glorious Zero which was one of the best anime evar.

Now please, we have an anime for Fate (the first, crappy one), we have a movie for UBW...

...SO PLEASE FOR F*CK'S SAKE MAKE A HEAVEN'S FEEL ANIME ADAPTATION. Kaimax or who was that said so elsewhere, they can animate EVERYTHING from that show - no one complained when they animated poor Fujinon getting gangraped in Kara no Kyoukai.

UBW was more of a fanservice movie. That glorious animation and of course music. One who does not know F/SN would have been completely lost watching it.

I'd be damn crazy to oppose this. I've been dying to see Heaven's Feel and would love to see the fate route remade together with UBW. Just... not to be aired all at once since that would mean short eps :x

Okay it's by Ufotable so I am telling myself it is impossible for this remake to be shit.

My best guess would probably be a focus on the Heaven's Feel Route with scenes from other routes sprinkled in for thorough explanation and fangasm. My reasoning behind Heavens' Feel being the main is that the Heaven's Feel route ties up the plot of the game (being the final route), contains the most information and the True End: Return to Spring can transition into Last Episode if they want to go that far. They could just go Cherry Blossom Dream and make everyone cry though. Just note that this is my best guess.

Everybody in the anime community keeps ranting about some bitch named after Uno so when everybody sees Sakura's rape face, it's going to be glorious.

Anyhow how the hell are they going to explain Sakura lifting up her skirt and kindly asking Shirou to fuck her? Since it's probably going to be broadcasted there will be no sex scene, but hopefully they acknowledge the scene and NOT picture it like one of Nasu's castration ceremonies. Do NOT give me that mana exchange bullshit with hugs and dragons because that was the one scene in Fate Stay Night where they had dirty and satisfying sex because they wanted sex.

Yosuga no Sora was able to do a fine depiction of Sex (Only adding movement with the BD release) without any heavy opposition. And Ufotable didn't shy away from Fujino's Rape scene from KAra no Kyoukai.

Wow you are right, I just checked Yosuga, and that was a sex scene. I have not checked Kara no Kyoukai but I will take your word for it. Now that my blinding fangasm is over I also recall several scenes from Afro Samurai with lightly censored sex. Well I did say no, but I see now that I was wrong and that the possibility is not impossible.

So it's like season 2 then~ :D

Well, can't wait to see this remake though.

It's not a remake nor is it a followup season. It's the first animated adaptation of the third route from F/SN. I'm already readying my feels for that particular scene i wish didn't exist.
