I haven't read Dragons Riot, but I have read Gun X Clover (well anime), and I can say some in my list are somewhat similar, in one way or another (such as, Code: Breaker, Darker than Black, Trigun, or Trinity Blood... Especially "Until Death Do Us Part"), but most are set in pre-gun eras. I am also using your defined "OP" somewhat loosely.

I'll let other people tear apart any recommendation I made since I am not completely confident in them all, seeing as a number of them I haven't read, or that I it may not fulfill "get go op" requirements, and "pussy" is too vague, I figure you mean leads such as Trigun's or Trinity Blood's who consciously hold themselves back, but just in case, I added them anyways.

Edit: Opps, I was confusing Gun X Clover with Gun X Sword (another "get go" OP).... "Ugu". Well I have read Gun X Clover though, no worries... So School Based settings with OP's...

Beelzebub, Medaka Box, Aiki, Tenjho Tenge, The Breaker (The Breaker: New Wave), The God of High School, Code: Breaker, and Jack Frost are all school setting based series with Op characters. There's more, but not from "get go" and the Breaker is already a stretch of the "get go" definition.

I'm not sure, Aizen group activity completely stopped according to baka-manga, last thing they did was over half a year ago and they have no links to any information. I found their blogspot, I think, but last post is over half a year ago with the first sentence having "I'm back". I would assume they're dead. And considering how much Pumpkin Scissors was passed around, I wonder if anyone would pay it any attention... I still can't figure out if it's still considered licensed or not with Jmanga up and vanishing.

Looking at it this way, it seems better to assume that it's a abandoned project (not going to repeat the "sustaining of anticipation and expectations" the way I did with Majikoi again).

And Berserk has pulled out from it's hiatus. Now it releases irregular. Previous chapter came out last week and next one comes out in September.
