Kamina sounded like such a queer. Not manly in the least bit. They should have had a woman do the voice for Kamina. I'm almost 100% positive she would have sounded better. Also, the part where the Ganmen breaks through the ceiling of the village and Kamina goes up and says, "HEYHYEHEYHEYEHEYEHEYEHEY!" I don't think he could have done a worse job.
They also sped up random parts of the intro to make it fit better. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! BALLS.

tiny "grr" at the Gurren dub, the OP made me think I was on an acid trip, or time-skipping, or both. On the bright side, Simon's VA is doing a decent job while Leeron's voice is dead-on. I see hear(?) nothing particularly wrong with Yoko's voice, and I don't think there is ever a good way to translate,"oraOraORAAAA", into english, "heyheyheyHeyHEY!" is probably the best you could get from that. Overall, it was good, the translation was excellent, little to none editing errors were committed(Yoko is still bouncy bouncy) and it won't matter what Kamina's voice is cause we all know what's gonna happen.

I found the dubs pretty well done, counting all of the ones that didn't turn out very well. So it's pretty much worth watching when you have time.

Whenever dubs start to air, I always compulsively back up the anime in three locations, in case something stupid happens to my hard drives and I lose the data. I prefer subs, and Fansub groups usually always have higher quality subs then DVD rips.

Yeah Kaminas voice was TERRIBLE. Simons was pretty good, and Yoko was ok but could have been better. Overall, I was disappointed with the dub.
