If a thread already exists for an anime, don't start a new one. It doesn't matter how old the thread is, post in that one.[/color]

Scroll down for the list (A-Z)
Use the Find feature in your browser (Crtl+F or âŒ˜+F) to quickly search for the title!

Note that a show may have multiple names, so be sure to search for both the English and Japanese name, and for slightly different spellings!

If there's an anime thread that exists but isn't listed then please go ahead and let me know either by posting here or PMing me and I'll add it to the list. Make sure to link the thread in your post. Let me know of any mistakes there may be as well.

This is now the new Anime Master List of this section. This list was based off yepperoni's old Anime Master List. I thought that seeing as yepperoni hasn't signed in since May and the list hasn't been updated since last year that it really needed a renewal and big update, especially since the merging of the sections, people really need better accessibility to the specific anime threads.

Yea about that. This section has 2 threads that are stickied.

First thread "Before asking... ANIME SUGGESTION LIST"; horribly outdated. OP is too lazy to update it. And it's also very vague. Take Welcome to the NHK as an example, it's listed as Otaku and Romance. When I see this, I expect a lovey dovey anime with a otaku...... That's not what you're getting.
Second thread "*NEW* Anime Master List (READ BEFORE POSTING)"; As Yuri said, this is also outdated.

So we have 2 outdated stickied threads - am I the only one who thinks that it's something wrong with that?

Also have you reported your thread and asked for it to be stickied?

I asked Waar if it could be stickied before that reply and he said that as long as it's fine with Jacob, but looks like it isn't.

I don't get why they're not unstickied if they need to be done away with. It's like teasing.

The old Video Games masterlist was unstickied but cruz's new one wasn't stickied.

Brilliant idea, especially since the manga and anime sections have been merged together. It might be beneficial to have a section of the list for currently airing anime.

Good job, yuri. However, it doesn't seem like Jake's gonna sticky this thread or cruz's thread or any other discussion masterlist threads. He hates that kind of stuff.

Also, there is no longer restriction on making a thread with a title that had been created before, which ultimately kills the point of masterlist itself.

But still, thanks for the time you've spared to make this list.

Which will make the anime section even more ridiculous, 5 topics about the same anime on the same page. No one is going to post in them all. I hope it doesn't come to that.

It wouldn't be as bad if it's about certain scenes in a series, like "Hey, what did you all think about that scene?" But there really should be one core thread for the series as a whole in my opinion, especially for an ongoing series so people can follow the discussion. But there's nothing I can do about it so I guess we'll just see what happens.

So I requested it and it's actually been stickied, thanks to whichever mod did it. Updated it a few times recently and will continue to.

Working on adding the Manga Masterlist to this thread as well. Should have it done soon.

Edit: will be done towards the end of June. It's exam time.
