Ok so i just installed a game called x-change alternative 2 from a torrent, but after the installation nothing happends. The game simply wont run even if i try to run it as admin, change compatability mode to xp or vista, reinstall the game. I am running windows 7 64bit. If anyone have encountered the same problem or know how to fix it, help would kindly be recieved.

Maybe xchange is abit too old for 7...recent hentai games I downloaded works fine with 7...some old english ones also works...I'll try hitozuma hime club to check it...

Run the game in Compatibility mode, or what it's called.

The one i tried was not x-change 2, but x-change althernative 2 which is a rather new game. ( FYI x-change 1 and 2 works perfectly fine for me)and im more wondering if someone have encountered the same problem regarding any games on windows 7 and solved it:)

As i wrote in the first post i have tried running it compatability mode for both XP and Vista:(

Yes i think i have been able to do so successfully altho it looks strange on windows 7. I have gotten other games to work just fine, like Little Busters.

Try checking the box to disable Desktop Composition in the compatibility settings, that has helped me get a couple games working.

Have you tried using the game in a Virtual PC?

    something like http://www.virtualbox.org/

just download the VB, install an old XP OS [if you don't have one, find a download on PB] and then run it in that
