is anyone else having issue loading the comics? its really wierd. the website works just fine but if i go to try to read anything, the website is stuck in a permanent loading loop and i dont know what to do.

Yeah, I have this as well

I'm also seeing the same issue, and I've tried from a couple different public IP addresses.

I also seem to have the same problem described by others here. Can navigate the website OK but when I try to read any comic, it never actually loads up and I just get a black screen. I've tried deleting my cookie cache, turned off Dark Mode - nothing has worked.
1
I'm also unable to access the reader at all, as others have claimed.

I also have this issue. Needs fixed ASAP

Thirding the complaints. Reader is down entirely for me.

Yep same. To add on, the reader days 00|00 pages loaded. If I click on that to quick navigate pages, I get a loading screen and spinning wheel for every page but nothing loads. This happens for me in both mobile and browser

did you guys try different browsers like chrome, firefox, opera etc. for both mobile and pc? cause i only had issues for a couple hours after the site came back online.

I have tried three different browsers and also mobile. I have tried using a VPN. It's completely broken for me no matter what I use.

Clearing cookies/browser history also solved nothing.

Why is there new content still coming out when paying customers cant even read it?

I'll be canceling my subscription and trying back in a month or two.

thing is that it works for some people without any issues

Nothing loading for me as well. Haven’t been able to read anything for about a week.

did everyone who's having these issues try this fix from another user named reit in the other forum?

"I actually got a fix!

I was reading through the comments on this feed and decided to mess around with the "http" and "https" stuff.

I found that, if you add "https://www." to the beginning of the url, it loads instantly. For some reason, every page was just trying to pull from an unsecured url. I tried it without the "www." and it did not work. I'm not an expert in websites or urls or anything. I was just motivated by my horniness and got lucky with a fix.

Hope this helps some other people too!

Edit:
Sorry, to be clear, my url reads, "https://www.fakku.net..." and so on. When I first try to load a book it just reads, "fakku.net/..." and so on.

I was just coming to say the same thing. That's what worked for me as well. For some reason, no having the "www" in front kills a lot of the links. It's most likely some weird domain or forwarding issue that happens with the reader

Manually changing to a secure encryption is working as a temporary fix, but hopefully the devs are still looking into the issue and root cause. Even when typing in fakku.net without the www. or even the https, the connection should automatically change to https and the domain name should work without the subdomain. I want to thank everyone for finding this work around and helping each other.

that's the point, it's ALWAYS secure for me (at least i get the lock symbol in the address bar every time) and i didn't have ANY issues accessing any of the content at any point in time. i didn't have to resort to the fix mentioned above either. distance doesn't seem to be an issue as i'm not based in the us while the servers clearly are. the usual people commenting on each chapter have seemingly no problems either.
so my guess is that it's some fundamental software and/or hardware (like win11/iphones/whatever) what's causing the issue. or maybe it's the isp? i heard that some regions in the us have literally no choice and all households use the same provider. maybe all the people having problems come from regions served by only that internet provider?

I don't think that's the case. I'm not U.S. based either and the issue has been affecting me as well. I do use a VPN set to stateside though, but that's because for some reason the site just was giving me security errors when I wasn't on one, which was also strange because I've been in this country for about 7 months now and this issue with the security error popped up maybe three or four weeks ago
1
vpn is also a possibility. maybe everyone having these issues employs one. and yes, these complaints popped up after the website maintenance just a couple days/weeks ago.

Anyone else getting certain chapters blurred in recommendations despite not having any tagged you've blocked?

Saw it on the Akinosora and F4U books specifically.
