I was wondering whether linking a blog (or my pixiv profile) in my signature counts as advertising or not. Since I see other people doing the same (or something similar), is it just a gray zone or simply being overlooked? If it's forbidden, I will change my signature.

No, it's not forbidden if you have it in your signature.

The advertising rule apply mostly to threads. Or if you make your text [size=29]LIKE THIS. PLZ BUY MY SHIT.[/h] Then it's not allowed.

Why are realeaes by big names like LWB Yuri-ism etc nd not just single transators?

1. It's more efficient to work in groups and higher the chances of you uploading more than one title. Jacob also (as you may know) controls who's allowed to upload. And I'm sure there's a quality check for users who want to become a uploader.

2. I can think of two reasons. A.) Jacob doesn't fancy guro and scat. He finds it disturbing. or B.) The ad company doesn't approve scat and guro.

None of this is a fact. It's just what I think.
