Label them as Original and Licensed Series, or something similar. I really don't recommend trying to repurpose existing words to mean something they don't.
what's the different between these two words? rather than that,i think 'manga' and 'doujinshi' are much easier to divide these two kinds of book
I'm sorry, if you don't know the difference between and Original work and one based on a Licensed Series, you're either a non-english speaker or you need to finish primary school. These are basic words that any child can understand.
Manga and Doujinshi are foreign words that nonetheless have specific meanings. Just because you don't know what those meanings are, doesn't mean you get to take them and say they mean whatever you like.
Ask a Japanese person what they think the word "service" means, and there's a good chance they'll tell you that it means that something is free. That's clearly wrong, and it's what happens when people start using words from other languages to mean things different to their original meanings.
Make up new words if you must, but don't go changing words that already have well defined meanings.
