Mosaics in games

So are all the games with mosaics the final version i just noticed the Grisaia series but all the games have mosaics there isnt like an uncensored patch or something for those is there?

That's dependent if the original publisher kept the uncensored cg or if the artist drew it uncensored. Plus sometime the original licensors don't wanta export uncensored material. Not every one draws it raw then let the publisher do the mosaics. Sometimes the artist never thought it would be exportable and didn;t keep the uncensored masters.
