Cooking with Kadushy - IB Edition

2
So here I am doing what I do when I suddenly felt hungry. Okay, I'll satisfy this hunger by eating something so I walked to the fridge and there was nothing. Shocked, I decided to do something about this. I got dressed, grabbed my wallet and keys and drove off to the supermarket.

While there I bought vegetables (Green Onions, Tomatoes, Onions, Green pepper, Red/Orange/Yellow bell peppers, Cilantro, and Mushrooms which all costs about $15) and a piece of beef steak ($5.50). When I got home I decided I would be making some stir-fry beef with the vegetables that I just bought, and I did.

What I did first was wash and cut the meat into biteful pieces. Not too tiny or not too big, you know. Washing the vegetables comes next. I'll be using the following: Green Onions, Bell peppers, Mushrooms, Cilantro, Onion, Tomato, and Lemon/Lime.

First, I had the mushrooms cut and moved onto the bell peppers. After that I went ahead and cut the tomato, the green onions, cilantro, and onion. The small bowl contains cilantro and green onion while the big one has the rest of the ingredients.

After I finished preparing the ingredients, it was time to smash open a fresh garlic and chop it up and place it in the pan. Soon after that I added oil, cooked the garlic a bit then threw the meat in. Threw in a pinch of salt and covered the top for a bit to let it steam up. Once the meat were about 3/4 done cooking, I threw in the big bowl of vegetables in and starting stirring.

After the vegetables were done cooking, I added some sauce... Soy Sauce ... and some other one which I don't know.. but it's damn good. And a squeeze of lemon. Last but not least, I threw in the cilantro and green onions and cooked for about 30 seconds more. I'm done!

I grabbed a plate, put some rice on it and threw some of them stir-fry beef/vegetables on it. Washed some cilantro and threw'em on the plate since I like eating them raw with my food. It's pretty damn good. I enjoyed it.

All in all, I made about 3-4 servings of food. I still have a ton of vegetables left and I only used half of the meat. The meat should be gone by tomorrow, but the vegetables will probably last 3-4 more days depending if I use a lot or not. Also why am I cooking at night? D:
