Fucking tokyo ghoul is going to include Aogiri tree arc in the anime.

i kinda figured because white-haired kaneki in the op, but still...

that's 90ish chapters crammed into 13 episodes. disappointing.

Is it exactly the first 90 chapters they crammed in, or did they skip an arc or two from the middle?

Manga is from Satan.

Oh right, I forgot that anime exists during these few days. Might need time to catch up with most of this season's animes.

Is this bad? I haven't read the manga so I don't really know... but I've really enjoyed the anime so far. Besides the censorship, of course.

Simple math.

90 chapters.

13 episodes.

And that's presuming it would take all 13 episodes- it's likely not.

Same as any adaptation, though- really. Either they fluff it with filler, or they slice, dice, and fling away tonnes of content.

Are you sure they're including it? They might just do a set up for it and then end the season on a cliff hanger.

Yeah, I hope I'm wrong about it. I'd be really disappoint if they drop so much content just to include the next arc. I mean, they've already shoved around 60 chapters into the first 9 episodes (8 episodes?)

I am afraid to say that the manga is better, like a million times, as usual. They are in order but they are, at the same time, skipping a bit of both things, lots of good things and trivial things like personal thoughts from the MC and such.

My opinion is, after you read the mangoe and liked it watch the anime for extra hype. Since although the mangas are best for ambience and plot and special details they can never compare to the magic of moving pictures and SFX and music.

And plus it's always fun to find out if the voice you imagined them to have is really like it on the animu[/color]
