Well the Mitarashi club did make 6 epic doujins with her (2 of which also feature her daughter :3 )
But I think that if they also made some with Sanae (from Clannad), then it could be a lot more difficult to choose, especially if they involve her daughter as well in said doujins.

Also, Sanae has a husband, who is a strong, caring, decent, admirable human being. Akiko's husband is dead (i.e. conveniently out of the way).

Lol. Well they could do like Friendly sky did and just pretend her husband doesn't exist. I'm always up for anything the Mitarashi club puts out, especially when you consider how good the artwork has gotten in time. I mean, look at Haruka-san to issho and Akiko-san to issho 4-5, DEM TITTIES are so well drawn.....
As for their daughters? Hmm...well in terms of physical attraction, I'd also have to give the edge to Nayuki.
