It's actually pretty darn sad so few manga/doujins/vn's are translated into english. Man, the anime business in USA & Europe grew so much over the past few years, but you're yet to wait and hope they just might translate your favourite series. It's okay if you like the more 'mainstream' stuff, there is a higher percentage it would be granted a translation and shipping.
I'd still buy something in japanese if I like the art, and tried to decipher what it says. The shipping from US/JAP is the thing that kills me mostly though.
