Is the fact that FAKKU only removed Wani's claims out of fear. You can still click on any of those giant red tabs up there and still find a shitload of copyright violations that are only still there, because the owning labels and artists cannot legally come to this site.

The artists not being able to visit the site doesn't mean shit. Nor does the site still having copyright material mean anything towards this deal that was made.

He wasn't a sell out, wani sent cease and desists to all sites, all removed the content. They removed it from all 'illegal' sites. Fakku decided to try and get them available to the westerns again. And is doing so by upping the deal (uncensored, and well translated)
