An Israeli academic has claimed that raping wives and mothers of Palestinian Hamas militants is the only thing that could deter further terrorist attacks.
Well it's not unheard of, African Militias and other Authoritarian governments and disgusting Regimes did it(and much worse), but it's odd to see someone who is considered a renowned scholar say such things.
