not statutory rape if he's 17, infact there is no law in the US about what age you have to be to date a person (mindfuck i know!) hell she can fuck his brains out and he's still not jailbait but if his parents intervened and did not wont them seeing eachother anymore then she would have to comply but they could not get her in trouble for fucking him ...now there IS an exception to this, IF YOU TRY MEET ANYONE ONLINE IN THE REAL WORLD WHO IS NOT 18+ THEN IT IS ILLEGAL. if the 1st time you ever spoke to or seen that individual was in person in the real world assuming there 16 or 17 (what ever your state's legal age of consent is) then its ok to fuck them or hangout with them as long as there parents are not telling you to stay away from them. most they can do to you from my understanding is get a restraining order... this is all just hypothetically speaking he's 17...

i would agree with you if i didn't know that false. my cousin is in jail for have sex with a 17 year old ... guy. it rarely happens but when your boyfriend family finds out your gay they file. oh my cos is 19

different states have different laws, i should have stressed that more though, im in MI and what i posted applies here and a few other states but yeah letting the parents know is always a good idea even if they might say no and disagree, its better than having legal issues ya know? better to wait it out and fap it out, atleast its not illegal that way pleasure but man thats pretty harsh, what did the hit the poor guy with?
