In the dawn of the third day all that porn that disappeared will come back.
And all those who whined like pigs will smile again as they can grab their holy stick with their greasy hands.
A normal day in the internet.

Oh and I like how I got no response to some of my precedent posts but only got a -1 instead, I guess that means either the lil' bugger was mad and couldn't argue anymore, or I got blamed for telling him to get a girlfriend which would have caused reproduction and more lil' buggers to plague the world.

Oh and Daiz seems to be targeted now, like Jacob.

All of that because he defended Fakku books.

The fools, they don't see the chance that was given to them.

i just gave you a -rep because i think you're a fucking faggot.

Yeah, they must have realized it when they suddenly stopped whining.

Apparently sadpanda threads calmed down. Most of the cancerous shitposters from /pol/ and /b/ left the board.
(I still question the existence of sadpanda threads in /a/, it should belong to /h/ instead)

They are now more or less archiving all that they got. (strangely they don't even bother giving tips for the ULTRA SEKRIT CLUB like they did before)

like I use to say: A normal day in the internet.

So that shitstorm took what? three days?

And yes I think there is a illuminati conspiration behind all this that want to suppress al porn on the internet, but we shall prevail!

Frankly, you don't deserve squat if you can't pay for it. Whether you're fine being a mooch is up to you, but you don't get to bitch and whine over that people get sick and tired of your shit.

I can afford to pay. And I can always get back what has been lost. But you will not expect silence from the audacity of Jacob to make a lucrative deal at the expense of other's.

Though what he has done may have been legal. It certainly was not ethical.

Yes and stealing potential profits from hentai artists is totally ethical.

Illegally stealing, at the expense of the artists, who use the income they make through the sales of their manga, to fund their lives. Without which, they'd be broke, and living in the dark, contemplating committing sodoku.

Clearly more ethical than helping to give the artists money for their hard work

Well, I guess piracy is a good thing, in a way that artists get recognition for their good work in expense of (taht much) profit that they shouldve earned.

The "benefit of piracy" does not apply to well known, popular companies, or established brands; it's great to "get the word" out when something is new to a market or smaller and independent but there comes a time in every digital products life cycle where piracy does nothing but harm a company and said company decides to capitalize on the market they've created. For Wani that time is now in North America. There is no longer an argument that Wani can be helped by piracy, it rests entirely in loss of profit now.

Quite true.
Let's hope this gets them some income to stop dem committing sodoku

Wani's artists weren't even aware of this deal, what makes you think that they're going to earn any notable sum from this?
It's the same deal with crunchyroll and all other overseas distributors. You'd have to be a fool to think that you're actually contributing, rather than just stroking your own ego and thinking that you have some sort of moral high ground.
Also "integrity" is the thing these a-holes have the least of. Go take a look at the front page, look at all the new galleries that were added without the consent of the original uploader, much less the artists themselves. Hell, some of my galleries are there too ffs. And you still have the audacity to preach morality here? Obviously someone failed their ethics classes. So much for being more intelligent.

Whether the artist get more from this deal is between Wani and the artists themselves, however depending on how prosperous this deal is there's a chance that if profitable more companies will do the same. More companies doing them same means more money for companies that publish hentai, which in turn means more companies that get into this industry. Piracy leads to no money for the artists, legitimization of an industry has a chance to.

I would like to know where you heard that the artists are unaware of the deal(i'm not calling you a liar here), that seems like information that needs sources.

There is no moral high ground on the subject of piracy, you(and I) aren't helping them, we aren't robin hood, we're thieves. Any other label you give yourself in this case is delusional.

Business ethics wise what Jake is doing is more ethical than the alternative, he's getting involved or paying the people who have ownership of the product so he can also sell the product. Stealing the product so you don't have to pay for it (for whatever reason) is the unethical side of this debate, the pirate side. The only thing that can be claimed is that Jake is being a hypocrite, but the unethical people here are the pirates(you and I).

And that would be fucking disasterous. Yeah sure why not, draw more attention to the community. That has never come back to bite someone in the ass ever before, ever. Also if more people got into this deal then you lot would be the ones gaining from it. Why should I, or anyone else for that matter, take your word on matters of moral integrity when you've clearly shown that you have none whatsoever?
Meanwhile the rest of us take the fall and have to kiss all our porn goodbye, while you rake in.

I don't understand, do you not want more companies making hentai? Why are we trying to hide our community? We should bring it forward, make the jump traditional 3d porn made when sites like bangbros and brazzers became pop culture. More companies will come, If this looks profitable for Fakku we most likely wont be the only company who gets involved in the future.

I'm not asking you to trust my words, I clearly explained how business ethics apply in this situation and unless you can counter my argument with logic this comes off as you being salty you have to pay for something you used to steal. If you can find some justification for piracy and explain how it's morally correct over paying for something I am all ears.

What fall are you talking about? Hentai isn't going to disappear, the only thing that's really been done is that you've lost a convenience, pirates will still pirate, websites will still exist, and you'll still fap. I don't understand how you're taking "the fall".

-Wanimagazine has been sending DMCA to many websites
-Fakku also received the same take down notice in early april.
-After that Jacob managed to make a deal with Wani for publishing rights
-A time earlier before the massive content removal, Jacob sent an email to exhentai to include Fakku Books releases in the "prohibited content", which is like how there's no Linda tankoubouns and HCGs from Lilith
-Close to that, exhentai removed their content because of the take down notice
-/a/ went crazy and tried to find a scapegoat
-they chose Jacob, because he's closer and more vulnerable.

So, Jacob did not send a take down, but more of a preventive measure for the future releases of FAkku Books.
