I was apparently misinformed as to whether a BD version of this exists (it does not). We will therefore encode a HQ version of this from the DVD; however, we'll probably wait until we also have episode 2 ready (which comes out October, 22nd) before releasing them both together in a batch. Please bear with us.Everyone know's Raze hates anything unless it's at least 800x600 (and that's if he's feeling sloppy)

This is a stupid question but, who creates the OVA? Surely not the original authors right? If it's someone else they have to get the rights or permission and stuff right? I'm clueless on this. >_>

Yes they goddamn do need permission, otherwise it's massive copyright infringement. You literally have committees sitting and discussing/deliberating on how things like this are made. The hentai anime production company gets the license to make an adaptation from the company who holds the rights to the game. The original authors probably don't have much say, but because it's an eroge, the "authors" aren't the same like for manga.
