Starting new medications today

Now I feel like a zombie.

Braiiiiiiins.

Don't take them with alcohol then :b

I only did that the first time.

But in reality, I had to get off them. Not only were they not doing anything for my anxiety or sleep.

But they were putting my blood pressure dangerously low.

96/60 type low.

Which is probably the main reason I felt like a zombie to be fair.

Welp. Hopefully my next appointment will net me some medicine that will actually work and not make me miserable.

I'm usually like 106/60. I usually like to try to stay in the 120/70 range

I'm usually around the 120/80 range. So it was like a 30 point different on both sides.
