It normally appears right in front of me when I show up, unless someone blew it up before i left. However, I'm starting to get tired of riding in the same red Buffalo and I'm too poor to buy one online.

Do something about it then, stop complaining and if you really don't feel like doing anything about it then go somewhere else? There are plenty of forums, and if that doesn't help then get out a bit, hang out with friends and such.
