I have been complaining about this for over half a year now and got the same answer. At the end of the day even if it is a public forum it's still Jake's forum and if he sees the mention or linking of "competitors" as a threat to his business, then that's what he's going to do. I think it's nonsensical and just makes them come off as corporate stooges even though there's no little (if any) money lost at all.
Most of the discussions locked or deleted usually have to do with either linking to other sites or asking about where to find other hentai numerous times. Basically if you want to find another site and hate this one so much why not ask on another site altogether or just google it? Less about the comeptition and more about the sensibility of what is posted.
I'm open about going to other H sites and have mentioned them every now and then on here, none of which as been blocked/locked/etc.
When I said I was complaining I meant to every instance I wanted to link anything else like EX, which I can't, so it's no use going on about "deleted" post if you can't post about it in the first place.
Also numerous times doesn't mean anything without solid numbers and even then you can't say every single redirect coming from fakku means anything to anyone, including fakku itself. As I said, it's nonsensical to be worried about that kind of stuff.
Also there's a difference between hating something and recognizing something is bad/wrong/at fault and pointing it out. Let's say that if you or anyone in this site doesn't appreciate my criticisms for whatever reason, I'm not going to take it as a slap to the face or hatred at your behalf, right?
This is basically what Jake is doing. I'm not sure what you mean by "sensibility", but there's nothing sensible about outright banning the mentions of certain sites. As I said earlier, Jake or Fakku Staff are free to do what they think is best but it just seems like pointlessly paranoid to actively filter post starting with *.
