Unable to purchase

When I go to the cart to check out, the site loads as if it's doing something, but then nothing happens. My total comes to $56.24 with 10 books.

I'm on a Galaxy S9+ phone.

I'm on a PC. About six days ago, I tried to buy 15 doujin, but nothing happened
when I pressed the Checkout button, so I was unable to complete the purchase.
Plus, my Shopping Cart is supposedly empty, but the cart icon shows 2 items.
So something is clearly wrong with the store.

Can you let me know which products were in your cart? You can send in a support ticket if you don't want to disclose this publicly.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and seeing if that solves the problem?

I selected 15 doujin for purchase, including:

I immediately noticed something was amiss because, even
though my cart icon (correctly) showed "15," only 14 doujin
were visible on the Total page. Suggestive Reading was
missing.

In spite of that, I pressed the Checkout button (repeatedly), but
remained on the Total page, unable to complete the purchase.

In an attempt to start over, I removed all the doujin from my cart
and got the message, "Your shopping cart is empty," but the icon
still showed "1" (which I assume must be Suggestive Reading,
because I could not see it to remove it).

Experimentally, I selected Suggestive Reading again. The cart
icon promptly changed to "2," but I still got the message, "Your
shopping cart is empty." And that's where things stand.

So I am baffled and frustrated. I am unwilling to attempt another
purchase unless Fakku can verify that my shopping cart is really
empty. I don't want to pay for 2 or 3 copies of Suggestive Reading.

Edit: The cart says I have ten items in my cart, but only 8 are showing

I can confirm that Suggestive Reading has this issue. As long as I click the "Add to Cart" button on Suggestive Reading, the number of items in the cart changes while nothing shows up. Furthermore, with such incorrect numbers I won't be able to proceed to checkout.

After clearing up all cookies, I can re-add other items to the cart and complete my order just fine.

The Shopping Cart is no longer bugged.

Yeah it seems Suggestive Reading had a configuration issue on our end which was preventing it from being read in the cart when it goes through the list of products. This was causing it to remove that item and in some cases break the cart. It should be good now. Let me know if you run into any further issues.

Sekai's Our Summer Vacation currently has the same
configuration issue. It is counted in the Shopping Cart,
but it does not appear on the Total Page.

Good news! I believe I was able to identify and fix this issue today.

It had to do specifically with when a product was part of a collection, in this case both Our Summer Vacation and POOTERS Box Set ran into the issue.

Because this randomly prevented people from checking out with their cart, it was a pretty big issue. I appreciate ya'll bringing it to our attention, and if anything remotely like this pops up again let us know and post your cart contents in this thread.
