You will need to obtain camping equipment (I recommend REI) which I would recommend fashioning yourself a few frames for that you can bolt into the interior of the van. You will also need to get out of the van very often and go for walks, as well as exercise, if you wish to avoid neural damage.
Don't mirror up the inside of the van, it does not work the same as it does for an apartment. Get paintings of scenery instead.

If you travel alot by road then yes... nothing is better than leading an adventurous life on the road. Just make sure you have everything what you need to support yourself and see if life on the road is good for you.
