I have some fond memories with mangoes. I've had around 60 kg of mango every summer. I've had around 20-25 varieties of it. My granny makes a wicked spiced raw mango juice. One of the most memorable dishes I've had was steamed fish with a mango chutney. Mangoes FTW.
This may be a bit weird but I'm going for sweet cherries. I hate, ABSOLUTELY HATE cherry candy and other cherry flavored things but when picking cherries I can eat them all day.
Also, the stem on the watermelon should be in the shimapan to give the fruit a trappy look.
