So guys, what part of meat is best for steak?
For me, I think it's the tenderloin and T-bone.

Ribeye in my opinion. It's juicy and flavorful!

I like all parts of steak, I'm not fussed.

Only part I don't like is the gristle.

I not a fan of tender meats.
Rib eye, Sirloin, Skirt, and tri tip are my favs... short ribs if their cheap enough.

Any part is just fine for me, my favourite would be its ribs though, since it's close to the bone and meat close to its bone is the best..

depends really lol, im a loin kinda guy, love me my NY strip and porterhouses. Each cut is good for different things, and when you buy the meet for cooking at home, a good steak has a good marbling of fat (if you're going for flavor and tenderness). Especially if you like your steaks below the medium cooked level.

I love ribeye (perfectly frank, I love all parts).

I like sirloin, perhaps it has something to do with it being my first try on cooking a steak. There was much rejoice and goat sacrificing afterwards.

For me, it's the rib eye. The rib eye has the most fat compared to the other cuts, which is why it's such a tender, juicy, and flavorful piece of beef. It can be grilled, broiled, or pan-fried with equally delicious results. However, if care is put into choosing the individual cut before purchasing, any particular cut can be a home-run.
