Blurs on .mkv

Several of my mkv file has blurry-squared-pixels on them when played. But when I backward the video several seconds, the blurry is gone. Does anyone know what is this blurry? Does my file got corrupted?

Can you screen shot some?

Do they change spots or are they the same thru the show. Their noise aka artifacts from the rendering of the movie. Could your file or your computer problem. Go back where you found it and see if a v2 or a comment about the quality. If none then most likely your computer can't render the file properly.
