Changing Chrome New Tab Background?

Theres this photo i want to use for my new tab background in google chrome. I was wondering if anyone knows a way on how i can change the background to what I want.

You can create your own theme. Just set the pic that you wanted to use as the background or something. http://www.chrometheme.net/chrome-theme-creator-online.html
