I'm a girl, and I like both. But I think some girls might like hentai more, because they don't have to compare their bodies to those of the characters. That is also one reason why girls probably like yaoi quite a bit (I don't), because it allows them to express their sexuality without having to necessarily reflect it back upon themselves.
