Assuming you are actually 18+, or whatever the age of majority is where you live, theres not a whole lot they can do aside from maybe booting you out.
If you want to want to order physical releases while being relatively discreet, you should consider ordering fakku releases through amazon. You'll get a generic amazon charge on you credit card and generic amazon packaging.
Also depending on where you live, opening mail not addressed to you may be a felony. If your parents do open it and find out, they may be subject to certain penalties. I'd reccomend not pursuing that though unless you actually do kicked out because of it.

When I still lived at home I was playing a visual novel with lolis in it, I let my mom in my room while I thought I turned my screen off but somehow I did not. Loli was in full pantsu on screen, luckily not still on the H-scene that was right before it but still akward.
I am a girl myself so maybe thats why I got off easy but my mom never really questioned it, maybe erased it from her mind or does not dare to bring it up and want to leave the subject ignored lmao.
My own reaction was after seeing my mom show a weird look to my screen and than me figuring out I messed up was just keep our current convo casually going while I turned my screen off very calmly but yea in my head that was very akward.
If my mom would have ever mentioned it I would have just said "Because it was a fun story or I enjoyed it" and just moved on, no harm is done and I do not feel a reason to be ashamed to buy content that is litterally made because it sells to tons of other people aswell.
