Hmm, it depends on how intense it is. If it is my standard orgasm feeling, then it's almost like nothing is happening. I am just completely silent. If it is a really good one that caught me by surprise, I make small groaning noises, followed by me saying something after, like "whew" or "wow" or "Oh Sh*t" lolz.
