Weekly, it depends on how bored I am throughout the week or if I stumble upon something that really turns me on. Generally it's 2-4 times. However, I have a hard limit of once per day. Well it wasnt that painful until i got the sex scene for the girl i rested, also my sensitivity was off charts so the extra pleasure compensate the pain.

It fluctuates with me. Sometimes I do it daily, even up to 2 times a day here and there. Currently though every 2-3 days or even with a week break if I am really busy.
