How would you like to be defeated?

As the title says. If you were an evil villain how'd you like the heroine or hero to end you? :D

A clean decapitation with a sword or chainsaw.

I would like to be reverse raped by a heroine.

The hero would probably find it more righteous to just send me to jail. I eventually get out and fuck his mother and sister

I'd like to be done in with a final showdown standoff kind of way, but if I was a truly evil bastard I'd want it so that I'd get knocked off a cliff and caught by the hero and then bite their hand making them let me fall to my death while they spend a few months getting out the psychological issues that caused.

Defiantly fighting until the end. Knowing I'd lose I'd throw whatever I had left into the fight, wounded and raging hard. Mouthfuls of curses spewing from me too, the whole "NEVER!!!!!!!!" thing...

Now of it's sci-fi me, black hole. Something about the idea of time literally stopping at or preferably after I died seems interesting.

Well, if you consider your plans destroyed and if it prevents you from ever doing evil deeds again. Perhaps it's not the utter defeat though. ;)

I myself had preferred to have almost succeeded with my plans. Having the upper hand the heroine is lying nearly defeated before me watching as I laugh victoriously as I'm about to finish her off. And then there is some loophole, some tiny thing I haven't thought of and suddenly the heroine smiles haughtily towards me and completely turns the table.

I'd be, around the point of neutral-chaotic, I'm not well suited for a real evil position.

As such, I'd probably collide with the hero/heroine a number of times, end up defeated in our last confrontation, willing to lay down accept my fate. But end up forcibly recruited, for my observed abilities. As well, end up gaining a bit of understanding and acknowledgement of my motivation to act in the way I do/did, through multiple events that proceed throughout the story while I am in there company.

Culminating in me becoming a strong ally. This would be the end of my "evil" ways.

I don't know if I could ever be purely evil. I would probably ether become a puppet/vessel of a greater evil or become misguided either by someone/my own feelings and turn evil. I would be a tough contender for the heroine/hero until they develop their powers and skills further. In the meantime I have a normal life (either before I turned or I established a pseudo life) were people come to love and care for me, but I don't see it since I'm blinded by evil. Once hero/heroine surpass me, I will go all crazy ballistic to destroy them to which they kill of the evil and save me (or someone who came to care for me) so that I may return to the side of good. I now devote my life to the services of good to atone for my crimes and go though lots of therapy.

I'd like to be shot dead right in the middle of my grandiose speech of how I'm going to defeat the hero/heroine.

I'd be a villain who does evil stuff just for the sake of being evil. Ending with a "there can't be good without evil blah" speech followed by very hateful rivalry sex.

To be stabbed in the chest by the severely wounded hero in the middle of a burning country.
Before I die, I want to be able to smile at the hero and ask him if it is worth it before I fall to the ground.
Then I want the hero to see how much he sacrificed, including every single person in the country, all his friends, ally and family just so he could end me...

Either the preferred method of being reverse raped by the heroine (let's face it, it isn't rape if you enjoy it) or the less preferable method of being banished by the hero into a desolate dimension for thousands of years until one day I return for revenge.
