No, it's not that you don't understand enough english. He just writes horribly. I think he meant to say that he likes your drawings and finds them attractive. I think the same, good job. And I'd like to see more of you.

can't you use vector lines on em yet???

Uh what do you mean?
I only make "painted" drawings with SAI, I've never used vectors.

doesn't SAI have a pen tool or sumthin?
0
Yes, but I use brush tool with SAI for lineart because it has a more smooth look.
By the way this drawing could look "unclean" but I wrote in that post that it's quite a colored sketch.

I think what winter tried to say was, that vectors/usage of the pen tool makes thinks look cleaner. You can use it for colouring too, for example to improve your highlighted areas which look too blocky and quite unnatural. Looking at your colouring as it is now, I'd prefer your works being uncoloured. I mean, the lineart is very fine and I like the proportions and usage of perspective, but the colouring reduces the quality and makes them look unpleasant. Don't let this take you down, if I see colour I JUST want to see detailed high-quality shading and texturizing, and if ppl cannot use colouring properly I get kinda angry, especially when the lineart itself looks good.

Thank you for your advice ;)
I know, I can color more better than that, and always in painted style.
But I don't like to spend much time on hentai works, sorry... it was just a sketch

He got it right. Using pen tool for lineart and coloring is the boss way.
