I'm lucky enough to have at least 30 sushi/teppanyaki/yakitori/noodle shops in my little town. Plus 3 japanese markets and two Korean dog butchershopsmarkets.lol THIS ^

Very hard choice to make. Though I make teriyaki a lot(because it's quick and easy) I kinda want to say Koroke or Tonkatsu.
Beverage though would definitely be Ramune.

i love Japanese food, favorite style of cooking, unfortunately my family seems to dislike it and I often need to alter things for them. My all time favorite would have to be yaki-udon, mainly because I just love Udon noodles.

Curry, extra spicy! (although I admit I like Thai curry a bit more, Japanese curry will always have a special place in my heart.)

Hokkaido's Miso Ramen, freshly grilled unagi, green tea with barley, gosh....I have a lot to choose from. Sukiyaki is up there, yakisoba bread, melon bread, omelette rice, natto (on occasion), takoyaki, takoyaki, and I remember eating the Takumi burger and it being really good. Not that I have to choose, I live here! And can send melon bread if anyone wants some

unagi with anything or on its own and katsudon. Something about the tonkatsu, egg, rice mixture justs makes it so delicious. And unagi is just really good. If I had to pick between the two I would probably go for unagi though.

Instant Ramen, teriyaki dishes, takoyaki, sushi (specifically handrolls), tamagoyaki and Onsen Tamago, which is a take on poached eggs. I like to mix two eggs with rice and soy sauce, and wrap it up in dried seaweed, yummm...

Just any type of sushi will do pretty much! I don't know the different sushi types by their specific names, but the ones that have raw fish in them are the best!
