Depends on how they are portrayed. Sometimes it's done nicely other times it can be annoying and stereotypically overdone.

Case by case basis. Tsunderes like Haruhi are just plain autistic. Tsunderes like Taiga are kawaii as balls.
Likewise, yandere can also be appealing or just plain psycho with no appealing characteristics whatsoever.

If I REALLY had to choose, I would go with Tsundere. Reason why is because I feel that all women who are cold as shit most of the time have a soft warm feeling after you know them for awhile.
And Yandere's are just plain scary.

A really good yandere is hard to find, so I guess most of the time I'd prefer tsundere.
