Are sites silently changing the tag loli into petite?

SOmething i just noticed is that there is no new loli doujinshi in this site, and some works that clearly have lolis in it are labeled as "petite", could that be the site silently changing one to another? or maybe i just went mad because of the quarantine?

Petite replaces pettanko. Pettanko mostly focused on chest size, petite more broadly refers to girls with a smaller frame and/or chest.
Contrary to the initial post I linked saying you can't get petite and busty, in reality they're not mutually exclusive, although cases of a small girl with a big bust is actually quite rare. Most are group/harems.

Most people don;t know japanese terms so some are anglicized like petite. loli tag exist if you have the setting on.

Loli isn't being replaced. It still exist but on this site it's locked under controversial settings which in my opinion is weird because you can buy plenty of hentai on this site that has shota. Petite usually means that they look like a loli but are older than they appear

All characters on Fakku are the "age of majority, notwithstanding suggestions otherwise", which means despite "appearing" or acting a certain way, they're all the age of majority (18). Fakku has been very careful not to license hentai that explicitly states a character's age for this very reason.
Which is probably the better option, in my opinion. I just wish they made this disclaimer more clear in the works themselves.

Something like millennial loli-vampire which will be tagged petite but not loli? And this legal in USA? Because if I remember correct in some countries like Australia this trick doesn't work.

You can't just say that they're underage because they "appear" underage if they're declared otherwise. That's overriding the fiction.
I don't really know about Australia nor do I really care about them.
They're a regressive, prudent culture that puts fear and emotion before the rights of its citizens. They've always been very censor-happy, with the state of their ratings boards and how they've literally banned from sale various violent video games and movies, to pornography.
They're no friend of mine.
