Australias ban on the importing of hentai and doujins

2
Hey, I've recently heard that australia has now banned all importing on any hentai regardless of whether they look minor or not.. the trouble is I pre-ordered a physical copy of both twin milf vol 1 and 2 and I don't think I can cancel them?? What should I do. I don't want to get in legal trouble and I'm panicking. I know they don't depict any minors but still. Not sure what to do

Use the contact link in the feedback section to cancel your order. You won't get in trouble the only thing they can do is refuse to accept the package at customs.

What is the reason? can you tell me details?

Not quiet sure the reason. But they want to ban..or have banned all adult material from Japan. So since I ordered the hentai in April it's coming soon since it's a pre-order but I don't know what to do. I don't want to get caught and have legal trouble from it

I think because the supreme court ruled in that one loli case they reclassified hentai to cp since there's no actual age of a drawing. Community standards excuse.
Publications, films, computer games and any other goods that describe, depict, express or otherwise deal with matters of sex, … in such a way that they offend against the standards of morality, decency and propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults are not allowed.

So pre much there banning all hentai regardless ?

Yep basically a blanket ban on all adult goods that originate from japan this includes figures and toys which is weird because flesh lights are completely legal here but as soon as you slap an anime girl on the box of one it somehow becomes a heinous crime.

Most of the outcriers have somehow linked hentai to child exploitation and claimed that reading hentai is a very slippery slope to becoming a pedo which sounds completely insane.

you can read a bit more about the whole situation here

This just has me really worried. I'm trying to see if I can cancel my preorder but it's been past the 90 days . I don't want to get in any legal trouble

I don't know how Australian law works, but if you ordered it before the ban was put into effect, you have a good argument for grandfather rights. If that doesn't work, the place you ordered from should be obligated to provide you with a refund. You shouldn't worry, you made a legal purchase. I'm not one to blame other people, but in this case, if you don't get what you ordered and don't get a refund, it's completely on the government and whoever you order it from.

Anyone know why they hate anime women and pron?

It's due to sheer jealousy. They're too lazy to put in the necessary time and effort in working out and getting "beach body ready," and they think, "If I can't have it, no one can!"

I live in the land of the free, home of the babes so I can't really comment. All hentai, including loli, are pretty much as legal here as anything else.

Anyway - I wish you luck! I recommend leaving Australia ASAP if you care about your rights. They're sinking lower than you'd wish to know.

This was actually misreported I've had no problem buying Fakku books and onaholes since the reported ban. The problem was with dhl not wanting to work with Jlist because there not discrete when sending adult goods.

This sounds crazy, people take good intentions too far
