*sigh* The Earth is around 4.5 billion years old...
Why do short lived humans, who's only been around for 100,000-200,000 years, believe they can comprehend what the Earth's been through?
I'm beginning to fully believe George Carlin, yeah...

While I don't believe everything wiki has up is true, if you really want to spend some time and effort looking into it you can check out the referances posted to see the validity for yourself.

But please, check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_opinion_on_climate_change

Pay special attention to this portion of the article:
Statements by dissenting organizations
With the July 2007 release of the revised statement by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, no remaining scientific body of national or international standing is known to reject the basic findings of human influence on recent climate.

I'm not sure where you are getting your information from, but if you truely know of a well-reputed geological, meteorological, or other scientific group that actually states that global warming is not being impacted by humans, and that it's just a normal cycle and everything will be fine if we leave it alone, please feel free to post a link here so I can educate myself.
