My order and having issues with support.

Hi im having trouble getting ahold of anyone in support aka customer support. I am not getting a straight answer for a book in my order and i want them to either refund or tell me if its being released in December now instead because i got curious and checked amazon which says Monster girls and a need for seed is being released December but yall told us august and now im getting the cold shoulder. I messaged yall 3 times and nothing. If i cant get a refund because it would have to go back on a different card since my cars i used got canceled dude to someone trying to steal it, i want to at least get a answer to my other question which is can yall ship the rest of my order?

Hey, sorry to hear you've not been replied to before now. I can tell you that we've been shipping out Monster Girls with a Need for Seed for the past week (only for FAKKU store bought pre-orders), and we're about halfway done with the total order count as of today.
