possible problem with sever DNS for location access of manga

I'm a resident of the US and can not access material that was only a week ago accessible. I'm wondering if this is a known issue or a new problem, as well if this is a new standard such as not allowing access to for example girls lacrosse club manga to the US or is it a server ID of user location error?
