statutory rape is not rape at all. if your forced to have sex its rape. but if you agree to sex but your underage its statutory rape. i think the age of consent law is bullshit there's to many holes in it. i don't care what age a kid is if he agrees to it its fine by me.
i think the age of consent law is what fuckes up the kids minds. now his sex life is all over the news. that might fuck the kid up.

here is something to think about when it comes to the age of consent law. in my state you cant have sex in till 18 but can by condoms at any age. does that make any sense.

heres another one. did you know if the age of consent law depends on if your gay or straight. lets say your 16 you are allowed to have sex if your straight but if your gay you have to be 18. why what the fuck is the differents there.

that women should be let go there was no rape the law is just bullshit.

Statutory is made more serious than it is, but there is a certain reason to it. Rape can have sortof...different definitions. I mean, they are all basically the same, but the difference explain why statutory rape is rape at all. You might see rape as any sexual act that is forced on a person against their will, and the law would agree with you. But the law also considers any situation in which one party could be seen as not fully aware of the situation or able to make an informed decision about it. It's legally rape to have sex with someone who is high or drunk. And in the eyes of the law, until you reach a certain age, you are not responsible for personal decisions. So statutory rape is considered rape because the law does not consider minors smart enough to make decisions for themselves, so they are legally incapable of making the decision to have sex, thus it is rape.
And that law makes sense, to some extent. Like if the child in question is 6. A 6 year old is not likely to fully understand sex.
But kids these days are fucking young anyway.
Which is why you can buy condoms at any age. Because kids are going to fuck. You can't stop this from happening. This is why things like sex education are important. Because VD isn't fun.
I've always wanted to have on of my very young cousins go into a store and buy condoms, just to see how the store clerk would react to a 6-year-old girl throwing a pack of condoms down on the counter.

As a side note, for a long time, according to the law, only men could be guilty of rape. And I believe this is still true outside of statutory cases.

The life of this woman will probably be destroyed because of state bullshit. It wasn't rape. It wasn't against his will. They had sex over 300 fucking times! The boy redemanded some. We shouldn't pay taxes so this woman ends up in prison for nothing. Just let it be. The day she fucks a 6-year old, then cuff her. But the boy in question was 13. He knew what the fuck he was doing. He was fucking his teacher. He's my hero.

that's what pisses me off the most about that law. it is saying your not smart enough to make that decision. its saying you don't have the right to give consent. that's whats bullshit about that. as a kid i fought those laws. im 20 now but im still mad as hell about them. i think its a slap in the face to say you cant give consent about what to do with your body. who are they to have a say so with your sex life. that is your own business.

i hate the law but a 6 year old having sex creeps me out. but im talking about 12 to 18. the kid was only 13 i think he knew want sex was so it should not be rape at all.

Well, they are saying it's not your right because you aren't smart enough. Or something like that. The point is, until you are 18(in most places) you do not belong to yourself, you belong to your parents or other legal guardian. You are not a real person and don't have rights until that age, pretty much.
There are exceptions, of course, some teenagers get emancipated from their parents before they turn 18, things like that.
But I understand and pretty much agree with you. 13-year-old's shouldn't be able to make big decisions about the world and shit, but they should be able to decide a few things about their own body.
Despite being idiots.
Most people in general are idiots. The only difference is an adult is an idiot who can vote.

This really doesnt sound like rape at all. It doesnt sound like she handcuffed him to the radiator, crying, and made him cum until he bled.

That sounds fucking hot. Will try.

Also, does this remind any one else of Miss. Mayumi, and Kobayashi, Masaki? Masaki didn't mind it.. Maybe the kid's just you know that "talented"..All in all I think it's BS.

Fake.

Other that that, i'd bang that teacher 300 times. 8)

damnit where were all these horny teachers when i was at school? DAMN

Did I somehow go back in time?

There was a big case a while back where a teacher slept with her teenage student. She went to jail, and when she got out, she and the student got married.

For a while, teachers fucking students were kind of popular on the news. I've heard about a ton of cases. It's nothing new.

Seriously, this feels fake ~________~

if it's rape? how did they accumulated the 300 times they had sex? seriously, this is just a fake or it's just the media doing all the twisted news

and, when i see the number (300) i think thats really imposible to do it on a short time, just think if they do it once per day they already do it for everyday on one year period.

my conclusion is, this is just the media exagerating things

SPARTA!!!

The possibility of it being fake is there, I've never trusted the Sun on anything they've printed over the years. Even if it isnt though, it still stands as an example as to how wrong the justice system is these days, not that it's ever really been much better.

actually I remember hearing and reading about this when it first came up and the first words I could think of were,
"Finally, about time a girl gets in trouble for having sex with a minor, all i hear is how men are doing it and getting trials and jail for it..."
I mean I really could careless, if the kid isn't fucked up in the head after it, its okay, but wait, she was married? okay, that for the couple to figure out how to deal with that. I hope I am not the first to say this, but I have strong hate for media only talking about how men are taking sexually advantage of minors, when women are also doing it.

I had an english teacher who got in huge trouble for having sex with a minor. She was hot though, she was like 23.

She had sex with a junior from the soccer team, and took him to a hotel and gave him alcohol and some weed.

She was gone for several days and so was he, and when she returned we were her 2nd class, and the principal pulled her out of class.
It was so stupid because she was saying how she was ill and that she feels great now and that she wanted to tell us about some scholarship.

They pulled her out and some female teacher came in and said she wasn't feeling well so she had to leave.
Instantly we knew that was a lie.

Then she was on vacation, then she was severely ill and wasn't able to come to work.
Then the newspapers had her name in it with all those things.
They banned newspapers from the school that day.

She was sentenced several years and got a lot of fines.

It definetly does show how screwy sexual assault laws are. I can understand why she is being charged for having sex with a minor but if the 13 year old punk agrees to it 300 times you cant really call that rape.
The only real problem is that a teacher abused the position she was in between her and her student. Though she does sound slutty doing it that many times in thier home while her husband was upstairs sleeping

Im actually surpirsed that they counted the number of times they had sex. What did they do, kept a tally or sumthin? Also i suppose as a thirteen year old boy, or a teenager for that matter, young and in their early stages of puberty, would never turn down sex.

This is a rare case of shotacon people, i mean its not every day, apart from hentai, that we see this sort of stuff. What does she see in him that she doesnt get from her husband, a biger dick? Probally out of pity.
0
whoa, i tot this just happens in hentai...
well, poor kid,he doesn't know the sacredness of sex... well, it goes to all of us here too.... but who teh fuck cares, it feels good...

oh well, shit happens and you better be prepared for the consequence...
