Well, for one, the physical appearance of the characters is always "picture perfect" in hentai, as they are drawn instead of real (and the japanese even have "wabi" to keep them from being "too perfect"). Second, the scenario's are happier (the one's I read at least), and not dull. Thirdly, the participant to orgasm ratio approaches unity (means everyone has a good time). Most of the time it's basically impossible to find what I want out of normal porn, especially in quality of model, it can't be too much to ask for 2 girls who are both attractive, while I have seen two attractive girls in one scene together it is so damned rare that it isn't worth looking for anymore.
