Is there a game that you love so much that you've played it to completion multiple times, even if there were no carry-overs or New Game+?
Mine would be Fallout 3. I've played through it 3 times each on PS3 and 360 to get the Good/Neutral/Evil karma related trophies/achievements. (Though I only played the DLC's on the 360 version) The variety of play and character styles kept things interesting throughout each playthrough.
For some reason, when I got my newest PS3 (after switching back from 360) I had to start a new user profile and lost all my previous trophies. I'm thinking of getting the GOTY version and getting them back. It's been some time since I last played a Fallout game and it should be fun to add a few more runs, to the tunes of Galaxy News Radio and Three-Dog(hooooooooowl).

[color=#ff69b4]I have lots.

My most replayed game of all time is Paper Mario for the N64. I've replayed that at least 100 times and about 45% of my runs have been 100%.

I've replay The Elder scrolls IV: Oblivion about 75 times and Fallout 3 at about 30 times.

Mass Effect 1, Silent Hill 2, and Halo 1.

I think Silent Hill 2 out of the 3 has the most plays for me at and outstanding 7 times.

Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, Jet Set Radio Future.

I've probably played though SA1 the most out of those three, with JSRF right behind it.

Kadushy Douchebag

Probably God Hand and Okami. I barely ever start a new game on completed games unless I really like them.

Final Fantasy Tactics advance. Biased partially for nostalgia, no regrets.

Golden Sun: The Lost Age. The greatest game of my childhood. Played through it several times. I still enjoy it.

Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening/Special Edition and Devil May Cry 4. I must have spent more than a hundred hours in each of them just because I wanted to be very good with my combos and I still play them to this day to keep my skills sharp.

Second game I spent just as much time on was Tales of the Abyss, reaching a crazy four hundred hours on three playthroughs, the last one being on Unknown difficulty.

I finished almost a dozen of times MGS2: Sons of liberty, it became my favourite of the series.
