I run on vista and the game works when I change the format to Japanese.
(In addition to changing unicode to Japanese of course)

I have the same problem, i get the "graph/" error. I downloaded NTLEA but when i try to run NTLEA.exe i get another error message, it says "XtremeskinFrameeork"

P.S. i have my unicode settings to Japanese

Try changing the format in wich the computer shows time, date, currency etc to japanese, worked for me. Should be under Regional and language options.
