I fucking love mecha games. I only wish it came out 3 years ago on the PS2 :(

This looks badass. I might just consider getting it.

Hopefully this will be my mecha fix until the new Mechwarrior is released, especially since there's a PC version, hopefully my old Mechwarrior clan will get into this.

i hope this game would be promising like the last FM games

You do realise the gameplay has changed. Its now a third person shooter like armored core, not like its past incarnations, a turn based strategy game

currently playing the JPN ver of this game.
even thought it's jpn ver,the spoken language still in english because square enix want to keep it that way.
it's pretty challenging to play it and you can control as the wanzer or the pilot depending on the mission.
the boss battles kinda annoying though.lol.

Picked up the game ,and spent around 16 hrs with it ,and I can honestly say while not bad this game just doesn't have the strength to stay alive with games like halo,Gears,MW,and BC2. while enjoyable the game just falls short in alot of ways like boring MP maps ,and an almost incomplete feeling in the MP as a whole (feels a bit like LP2) ,and the story is what you'd expect from square.overall I'd recommend a purchase only to meche-heads or someone with no other shooter to play ,otherwise just rent it and see how you feel about it first.

lol its a direct port from its ps2 cousin anyway,so I wouldnt expect much.To me, it lost its unique-ness when it changed its gameplay style.

I remember front mission 3, a hell load of customizations, skills and decent strategy. And it was hard.

ah you guys know that every front mission game without a number in its name had a different gaming style like front mission gun hazard

Gun Hazard kept me occupied for quite some time.

As for FME...I can't say too much about it. I love mecha games and customization, and while it was cool and all that, I sorta got bored and left it after completing the campaign twice.

My suggestion to square, make a sequal to Gun Hazard with revamped 3D graphics.

Best Mech game series ever. We need a movie!

I LOVE the whole story of the front mission series!

But, meh, i expected epic bosses for FM-Evolved.
Like Armored Core For Answer (The Answerer *nudge* Cabracan *nudge*)

But nevertheless,
WE NEED A MOVIE <3
